In-home or In-business appointments: We prefer to meet our clients in their own homes or businesses. It allows the family to have access to any documents we might need for their estate plan, it provides a relaxing atmosphere, and families can invite whomever they want to the appointments.
Funding of Trusts: Our experience has been that a lot of law firms do not help the grantor of the trust to fund the trust and expect the client to do it on their own. We recognize this can be a daunting process, and without funding your trust, it is of little value.
Notary Services: Our attorneys are notaries, so they can notarize your documents in your own home. No need to meet at a bank or other facility.
Flat Fees: We work on flat fees. We will tell you up front what the costs will be before we do any work. We do not charge by the hour.
Free Consultations: Usually, we can offer free consultations over the phone. If your estate is more complicated, we can meet to advise you of your options. We do not charge for consultations.
